CONVENTION / POP-UP RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Items purchased at a Convention, Expo, Pop-up can only be returned or exchanged during open hours of the event. Once the event is closed all purchased items become final sale.
All sale items are final sale.
Any item returned or exchanged must have a receipt and be in original condition with tags attached. Refunds will be made by same mode of payment as purchase.
WEBSITE RETURNES / EXCHANGES
If you are unsatisfied with the item that you have received from us we will gladly do exchange or refund pending on your circumstance. To be considered for exchange or refund all merchandise must in its original condition with packaging and tags included to be accepted for return, reasons for items being declined for return include but are not limited to having been washed, altered, having odor, stains or incomplete.
All returns / exchanges must be started within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please email us at customerservice@trendynot.info and include the following information:

We will reply to your email within 48 hours. PLEASE, refer to the statements below explaining items that are NOT refundable or exchangeable.
We are sorry to say these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Textiles: socks, pajamas, hats, hair bans
Jewelry: Earrings
Tattoo: equipment, fake tattoo
Seasonal Merchandise: Ornaments and or any product pertaining to a holiday or religious festival.
Sale: any and all sale items
Original shipping cost is non-refundable and we do not cover return shipping costs, except in cases where we have made a shipping error on our part or we have determined that the item is defective.
If an item is defective or damaged on arrival or there is a discrepancy in the stock the purchase will be refunded on the mode of payment originally made.
If you do not receive your purchase within one month of shipping please notify us immediately. If no attempt to let Trendy Not Ltd. is made customer will not be eligible for refund or exchange after 1.5 months of shipping.
